DM Builders was started with a simple belief: construction should be done with honesty, pride, and real craftsmanship. Our company was built from years of hands-on experience in the field, learning the trade the right way—working with tools in hand, solving problems on the jobsite, and understanding what it takes to build something that lasts.

 

Our founder, Al, built his career as a carpenter long before starting DM Builders. After years of working on job sites, leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, and making sure projects met inspection and code requirements, he saw an opportunity to build a company that focused on quality work and strong relationships with clients.

 

Like many small businesses, DM Builders started with determination, long days, and a commitment to doing things better. The goal was never just to complete projects—it was to build a reputation for reliability and workmanship that people could trust.

 

That work ethic became even more personal after experiencing firsthand how stressful home damage and construction projects can be. After dealing with a flood in our own home, we gained a deeper understanding of how important it is for people to have a contractor they can rely on during difficult situations. That experience reinforced our commitment to treating every project with care, urgency, and respect for the people we’re working for.
